Marketing,Operations & Business Development Manager
Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for integratingmarketing strategy, operational execution, and business development initiativesto drive awareness, revenue growth, and organisational efficiency.
This role oversees:
. End-to-end marketing communications andbranding
. Operational planning and execution forprogrammes, events, and internal processes
. Business development and partnership growthto generate revenue streams and strategic collaborations
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Communications
. Develop and execute integrated online andoffline marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
. Oversee creation and production of marketingcollaterals (EDMs, website, social media, press materials, reports,presentations, annual reports)
. Manage media relations, PR activities, andagency partnerships to enhance brand visibility
. Monitor campaign performance and optimise basedon data analytics, ROI, and engagement metrics
. Drive content strategy across platforms tostrengthen brand positioning and audience engagement
. Oversee management of The Singapore Marketerpublication, including content direction and advertising revenue generation
2. Operations & Programme Execution
. Oversee operational planning and execution for events,programmes, and marketing initiatives
. Ensure smooth coordination across departmentsfor programme delivery and event execution
. Develop and implement standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency
. Manage timelines, resources, and vendors toensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
. Oversee AV, logistics, and productionrequirements for events and conferences
. Monitor service delivery standards and ensure timelyresolution of feedback across platforms
3. Business Development & Partnerships
. Identify and develop new businessopportunities, revenue streams, and strategic partnerships
. Build and maintain relationships with corporatepartners, sponsors, media, and industry stakeholders
. Drive lead generation strategies andconversion initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders
. Develop and present proposals, sponsorshipdecks, and partnership frameworks
. Explore opportunities for programmeexpansion, collaborations, and new market segments
. Support revenue growth through advertising,sponsorships, and partnership-driven initiatives
4. Budgeting, Planning & Performance Management
. Develop and manage annual marketing andoperational budgets
. Track and report on budget utilisation andROI across campaigns and initiatives
. Prepare and present marketing plans andstrategic proposals for management approval
. Establish KPIs and monitor performance acrossmarketing, operations, and business development functions
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
. Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing team toachieve departmental goals
. Work closely with internal departments to ensurealignment of marketing and operational objectives
. Manage external vendors, agencies, and partnersto ensure quality and timely deliverables
. Foster a collaborative and high-performanceculture across teams
6. Administrative & Ad-hoc
. Maintain and manage marketing databases andCRM systems
. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, andcompliance with internal processes
. Undertake any other duties as assigned byManagement
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor'sDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
2. Minimum3-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, orproject/operations coordination
3. Provenability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offlinechannels, including social media, EDMs, and website content
4. Strongproject coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, vendors, andmultiple stakeholders effectively
5. Experiencesupporting events, campaigns, or programme execution, including basicoperational and logistical coordination
6. Exposureto partnerships, sponsorships, or business development activities, includingpreparation of proposals and coordination with external stakeholders
7. Proficientin Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools, including social mediaplatforms, email marketing systems, and basic analytics tools
8. Familiaritywith CRM systems and content management platforms is an advantage
9. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage internal andexternal stakeholders professionally
10. Hands-on,resourceful, and execution-driven, with the ability to work independently in aremote environment
11. Organised,detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense ofaccountability
