Marketing Manager

Individual to be involved in:

1. Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that company meets their target and goals

2. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

3. Implementing new sales plans and advertising, identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales

4. Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times

5. Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers

6. Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products

7. Anticipate and resolve potential problems / issues work with seasonal marketing budget

8. Maintaining relationships with important clients by understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Need to have In-depth understanding of various fruit products, including their varieties, quality standards, seasonality, and nutritional value.

2. To do market research and anaylsis

3. To do marketing on social platform such as Facebook, Tiktok and etc

4. To build a good customer relationship

5. To predict demand for fruit products and develop sales plans and targets accordingly

6. To manage the team of sales and retail employees
