Marketing Manager | M&E Construction & Business Development

M&E Construction Industry Experience Required

Marketing & Business Development

. Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for M&E construction services and capabilities
. Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments
. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and upcoming opportunities
. Strengthen the company's market positioning and visibility within the construction sector
. Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals and marketing materials
. Coordinate corporate events, networking activities and client engagement initiatives

Client & Stakeholder Management

. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and industry stakeholders
. Attend client meetings, networking events, site meetings and industry functions
. Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure appropriate follow-up
. Gather market and client feedback and provide relevant insights to management
. Represent the organisation professionally in external engagements

Tender & Proposal Support

. Support business development and tender activities through preparation of compelling corporate and project materials
. Ensure proposals accurately showcase the company's M&E capabilities, technical expertise and completed projects
. Maintain databases of clients, contacts, project opportunities and market intelligence

Market Intelligence & Strategy

. Monitor developments within the Singapore construction and M&E market
. Analyse market information and provide commercial insights to senior management
. Evaluate new business opportunities, risks and potential challenges
. Recommend practical strategies to support business growth
. Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams
