Primarily focus on marketing and communication activations, ensuring timely and effective communication of the latest updates, promotions, and events to members, guests, and stakeholders.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and promote activities, workshops, events, and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure all promotions, campaigns, and events are effectively communicated across relevant audiences.
Leverage all available communication channels and manage marketing collateral including e-newsletters, posters, flyers, banners, and digital display content.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure promotions, campaigns, and key information are updated across websites and social media platforms.
Support the sales department by developing marketing and sales materials including presentation decks, corporate gifts, multimedia tools, and promotional assets to effectively communicate the brand, products, and services.
Assist with media relations activities including handling enquiries, coordinating media visits, tastings, photoshoots, filming requests, and other publicity opportunities.
