Job Summary

At Kodecoon, we take pride in providing top-notch technology education courses to equip every child with programming knowledge and empower them to create change. If you're keen to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing start-up, join our Marketing team to be hands-on from day one and work closely with our founding team. This role will expose you to daily operations of managing an ed-tech start-up and facilitate smooth delivery of our coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and student enrollment growth
  • Research industry-related topics and develop well-crafted content for social media posts, promotional emails, and marketing collaterals to engage target audiences
  • Design and produce written, video, and image content aligned with brand guidelines to promote company products across multiple marketing channels
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, and TikTok, responding promptly to customer inquiries to enhance engagement
  • Develop and implement customer success initiatives and community events such as fireside chats via WhatsApp to strengthen customer relationships
  • Plan and coordinate lead generation events with key partners to expand business opportunities
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media advertisements, and engagement initiatives to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead offline marketing efforts including the design and deployment of banners, pillar ads, and participation in exhibitions to increase brand visibility
  • Support ad-hoc data entry and administrative tasks as required by management to ensure smooth marketing operations

Skills

  • Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively to support marketing objectives and team collaboration
  • Apply business acumen to generate traffic and leads that contribute to new business growth
  • Demonstrate a strong eye for detail and maintain aesthetic consistency according to brand identity in all marketing materials
  • Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, or photo editing software to create or assist in visual content production (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Perform basic video editing to support multimedia marketing content development
  • Use fluent spoken and written English to communicate internally and externally with diverse stakeholders
  • Use fluent spoken and written Mandarin to engage with target audiences and partners in relevant markets
  • Exhibit a proactive, driven, and fast-learning mindset to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Demonstrate a get things done attitude to drive initiatives from conception to completion
