Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with operations teams to drive service innovation, process improvement, and operational efficiency across outlets.
Participate in the planning and implementation of mechanical design improvements and automation initiatives to enhance service quality and productivity.
Coordinate with vendors and technical partners on equipment upgrades, manufacturing processes, and workflow optimization.
Monitor campaign and operational performance using data analytics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Manage marketing budget and support cost-efficiency initiatives through technology adoption and process enhancement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a hybrid business-technical role.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, or automation technologies is preferred.
Experience in service industry, retail operations, or equipment-driven business environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical improvements into business value.
Good project management skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer engagement strategies.
Proficiency in English Mandarin is a plus for customer and vendor communication.
