Job Description

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and voice.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, guiding them in content development, community management, and performance analysis.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and managing conversations.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our social media presence relevant and innovative.
