Servicing and maintaining a good relationship with existing and new business clients.
. To identify business opportunities to increase sales.
.. Build and spearhead a sales team.
. Provide strategic direction and business plan for the sales team to achieve the quarterly sales target.
. Create a coaching and motivating culture for the sales team members.
. Prepare weekly sales and marketing report to management.
. Any ad-hoc duties as required

Minimum 3-year experience as marketing manager.
. Pleasant and professional image.
. Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic.
. Well-versed with MS Words, Excel and Outlook.
. Enjoy working independently as well as a team.

. 6 day week. Often goes abroad on business.
