Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with the Club's business objectives, driving brand growth, event promotion, and membership engagement through integrated digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
- Produce the Club's periodic e-magazine by managing editorial content, design and layout, and monitoring readership to ensure quality control and effective communication
- Secure and manage advertisement placements for the Club's magazine to generate revenue and enhance brand visibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including website, social media, EDMs, and in-house design collaterals to maximize reach and engagement
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the Club's brand, events, and membership offerings to drive business growth
- Collaborate closely with F&B and Membership teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive brand communication across departments
- Plan and manage the marketing budget and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery and resource allocation
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, member feedback, and market trends to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Club or Hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Excellent communication, social, and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful stakeholder engagement and campaign execution
- Creative, detail-oriented, and service-focused mindset to deliver high-quality marketing outputs
