Marketing Manager - Legendairy Milk Singapore

About Us

Legendairy Milk Singapore is a fast-growing brand supporting mothers through premium, science-backed lactation supplements. We are passionate about empowering women in their motherhood journey through education, community, and effective products.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, growth-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that directly drive sales, brand awareness, and community engagement.

This is not a big corporate role - you will be deeply involved in content creation, campaigns, and performance marketing, working closely with the founder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Track, analyze, and optimize ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Manage and scale paid ads with a focus on profitability
  • Work closely with e-commerce (Shopify) to improve conversion funnels

2. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Own the content direction for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Plan and oversee short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
  • Work with video editors or create content independently when needed
  • Ensure consistent brand voice: educational, relatable, and results-driven

3. TikTok Live & Sales Activation

  • Plan and execute TikTok Live strategies to drive daily sales
  • Train or manage hosts for livestream selling
  • Develop scripts, offers, and urgency-driven campaigns

4. Community & Brand Building

  • Grow and nurture a strong mom community in Singapore
  • Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and healthcare professionals
  • Manage partnerships, PR opportunities, and events (e.g. baby fairs)

5. E-commerce & CRM

  • Oversee Shopify store content, landing pages, and product pages
  • Optimize for conversion (copywriting, bundles, upsells)
  • Manage email/SMS marketing flows (welcome, abandon cart, retention)

6. Team Leadership

  • Manage and guide content creators, freelancers, or junior marketers
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure execution speed and accountability
  • Build systems and processes for scalable growth

Requirements

  • 3-6 years experience in marketing, preferably in DTC / e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of paid ads (Meta, TikTok)
  • Proven track record in driving sales, not just engagement
  • Comfortable being hands-on (content, copy, campaigns)
  • Experience with Shopify and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form content
  • Bonus: Experience in mother & baby / health / supplements industry
