Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Strategy & Planning: Developing comprehensive marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, and events, to achieve business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, content) from conception to distribution.
- Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Budgeting & ROI: Creating, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets while tracking campaign effectiveness through key metrics.
- Team Leadership: Supervising marketing staff, coordinating with internal departments (sales, product), and managing external agencies.
