Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Strategy & Planning: Developing comprehensive marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, and events, to achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, content) from conception to distribution.
  • Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Budgeting & ROI: Creating, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets while tracking campaign effectiveness through key metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising marketing staff, coordinating with internal departments (sales, product), and managing external agencies.

  • Experience: Usually requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or business, along with several years of relevant, hands-on experience.
