Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee the promotion and growth of the company's massage and wellness services by designing and executing targeted marketing strategies. This role involves managing digital and offline campaigns, building brand awareness, and developing customer engagement initiatives to attract and retain clients in a competitive wellness market.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the massage and wellness industry.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, seasonal demand, and competitor activities.
Establish promotional calendars for peak periods, festivals, and wellness campaigns. - Brand & Customer Engagement
Build a strong wellness brand image across digital, print, and in-store platforms.
Manage social media, website, and online booking platforms to enhance customer interaction.
Develop loyalty programs, referral promotions, and membership packages to increase repeat visits. - Campaigns & Partnerships
Plan and execute advertising campaigns (social media ads, influencers, lifestyle magazines, etc.).
Coordinate wellness events, spa packages, and seasonal promotions.
Develop partnerships with hotels, gyms, salons, and wellness communities to expand outreach. - Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign results, customer feedback, and online reviews.
Use data to refine strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Provide monthly performance reports to management. - Team & Vendor Management
Guide marketing staff or freelance partners (designers, photographers, influencers).
Manage relationships with external agencies and advertising platforms.
Ensure all promotional materials align with the brand's quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, SEO).
- Excellent communication skills with creative flair for wellness/lifestyle branding.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Experience in partnership development and event planning is a plus.
