Job Description

About the Role:
Our company is looking for an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand and service promotion efforts. This role involves optimizing marketing strategies, managing budgets, overseeing a small team, and driving business growth through creative and data-informed campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both traditional and digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to maximize ROI
  • Analyze market trends and develop actionable forecasts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and boost visibility
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Utilize a mix of organic and paid acquisition methods, including content marketing, PPC, social media, email campaigns, events, and PR
  • Create engaging and high-conversion content for websites, blogs, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Approve and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns, gaining insights and making data-driven improvements
  • Monitor consumer behavior and adjust campaigns to improve effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of core marketing principles and tactical execution
  • Proven experience in developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, email platforms, social media schedulers)
  • Experience in marketing research, performance analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
