Job Title: Marketing Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Marketing Manager to support the Strategic Marketing Director in driving market intelligence, product portfolio strategy, and business performance acceleration. This role will help operationalize long-term strategic initiatives, conduct deep-dive analyses, coordinate cross-functional alignment, and ensure timely execution of key marketing and product strategies.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working across engineering, sales, and executive teams. This position is critical in transforming strategic vision into structured programs that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence & Research Support
- Conduct detailed market, competitive, and technology research to support the Director's long-term strategic assessments.
- Track industry trends, including AI, IoT, automotive, edge computing, and semiconductor supply chain shifts.
- Prepare intelligence briefs, dashboards, and early-warning reports on geopolitical shifts, export controls, and regional semiconductor policies.
- Assist in building market models and demand forecasts, including supply-demand gap analysis.
- Identify and document white-space opportunities, feeding into the strategic planning process.
2. Regional Pricing Strategy
- Develop and implement pricing frameworks across key global regions, considering market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation
- Partner with Sales and Regional Marketing teams to define price corridors, discount structures, and deal governance
- Conduct price elasticity analysis, margin optimization, and win/loss analysis to continuously refine pricing strategies
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure competitive yet profitable positioning
- Support key account negotiations with data-driven pricing insights
3. Go-to-Market & Business Execution
- Drive day-to-day execution of GTM initiatives, including launch readiness, content development, and regional alignment.
- Support sales teams by preparing competitive battlecards, value propositions, and product messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to structure sales incentives and performance tracking aligned with high-margin and strategic product priorities.
- Monitor quarterly performance vs. target and help prepare business reviews, insights, and recommendations.
- Assist in cross-functional programs to improve time-to-market, product launch scheduling, and cross-department workflow efficiency.
4. Global Supply Chain Strategy (Non-China Manufacturing)
- Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to define manufacturing and sourcing strategies outside China
- Evaluate trade-offs across cost, risk, lead time, and geopolitical considerations
- Support development of dual-sourcing / multi-site manufacturing strategies to enhance supply resilience
- Align supply strategy with customer requirements and regional demand patterns
- Assess impact of tariffs, trade regulations, and localization trends on commercial decisions
5. Strategic Program Management
- Serve as the coordination hub between Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Facilitate meetings, synthesize inputs, prepare decision-making materials, and ensure follow-up and execution.
- Help implement agile processes that enable fast response to market events (e.g., regulatory changes, competitive disruptions).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, market intelligence, or business planning (semiconductor or tech industry preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market modeling, pricing analysis, and forecasting.
- Ability to interpret technical information and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
