Marketing Manager

ChaPanda is a leading listed tea beverage company expanding its presence in Singapore. We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded marketing professional to help build and grow the brand in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local marketing plans to build ChaPanda brand awareness and presence in Singapore
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal activities
• Manage social media, content, KOL/influencer collaborations and local marketing initiatives
• Support customer acquisition, engagement and retention through both online and offline channels
• Work closely with Operations and other teams to ensure campaigns are effectively executed at store level
• Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback and market trends, and recommend improvements
• Help develop the brand positioning and marketing strategy for the Singapore market

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market and local consumer behavior
• Experience in social media, digital marketing, content, and campaign management
• Hands-on, creative and commercially minded, with strong execution skills
• Basic video shooting and editing skills, with experience in product and event content creation
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role and regional team collaboration
