Our client is a well established F&B group with mulitple concepts under the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar, identifying key dates, events, and opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
Design tactical promotions and campaigns, establishing clear milestones, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Formulate communication strategies and ensure seamless dissemination of plans to internal teams and stakeholders.
Continuously review and adjust strategies based on market trends, performance data, and business priorities. - Data-Driven Campaign Optimization
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., ROI, engagement, conversion) and analytics tools.
Collect and analyze data to generate actionable insights, providing recommendations for campaign adjustments and future strategies.
Prepare post-campaign reports to highlight successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Creative, Digital, Product) to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and promotions.
Liaise with external vendors and agencies to align deliverables with brand guidelines and timelines. - Marketing Collateral Oversight
Manage the end-to-end development of marketing materials (print/digital), including copywriting, design, fact-checking, and proofreading.
Ensure all collateral aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives. - Additional Responsibilities
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Assistant Director/Senior Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills with expertise in budgeting, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, editing, and presentation skills.
