Job Summary
Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement through social media and multimedia content creation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer traffic
- Manage and optimize the company's social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu to engage target audiences
- Produce and edit high-quality marketing content such as photos and short-form videos tailored for social media channels
- Shoot and edit promotional videos to support marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers and external vendors to create effective marketing materials that align with brand strategy
- Coordinate and manage promotions, collaborations, and partnership campaigns to expand market reach
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in shooting and editing marketing videos for social media content
- Ability to work independently with creativity and strong organizational skills
