Role Description
This role family focuses on driving business growth through marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital acquisition, and campaign execution. It blends strategic planning, performance marketing, customer insights, and cross-channel execution to increase revenue, awareness, and customer engagement.
- Marketing Manager focuses on overall marketing execution across campaigns, branding, lead generation, and go-to-market activities
- Digital Marketing Manager focuses on online growth channels such as paid ads, SEO, social media, content, CRM, and conversion optimization
- Marketing Strategy Manager focuses on high-level market positioning, growth strategy, segmentation, competitor analysis, and long-term marketing planning
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Managing brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation
- Running digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
- Optimizing conversion funnels and improving marketing ROI
- Managing content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Tracking KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, and LTV
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams
- Managing agencies, budgets, and marketing performance reporting
Qualifications (Must-have)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–12+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or strategy roles
- Strong understanding of digital channels and campaign performance metrics
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and marketing ROI effectively
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Cloud
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), content platforms, and marketing automation systems
- Background in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, FMCG, or tech industries
- Experience in brand campaigns, product launches, or regional marketing strategies
- Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience running A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and funnel optimization
- Exposure to CRM-driven lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies
- MBA or professional marketing certifications (CIM, Digital Marketing certifications) is a plus
- Experience leading regional or global marketing teams
