Role Description: Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing

As a Marketing Manager with a focus on Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through digital channels. You will play a key role in overseeing the digital marketing campaigns, managing the brand's online presence, and leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing performance. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to help the organization meet its marketing and business objectives.

You will be responsible for managing and executing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and the company website. You will also need to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, ensuring that your strategies remain innovative and effective. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

The goal is to drive measurable growth by increasing visibility, improving customer engagement, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through digital channels.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA can be advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, including budget management and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to develop targeted digital campaigns, manage content calendars, and ensure that campaigns align with the broader marketing strategy.
  • Content Strategy & Management:
  • Experience in content creation, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content that aligns with the brand's voice and message.
  • Ability to develop content strategies that engage the target audience and drive traffic, conversions, and leads.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills to ensure content is high quality, error-free, and optimized for digital channels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
  • Ability to analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), return on investment (ROI), and customer lifetime value (CLV) to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong skills in A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different campaigns, landing pages, or email content.
  • SEO/SEM Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices to drive organic traffic, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Experience in paid search advertising (PPC) and search engine marketing (SEM), with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Strong experience in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok).
  • Ability to engage with followers, create social media campaigns, and grow social media presence while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Experience in social media advertising, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
  • Project Management & Collaboration:
  • Ability to lead and coordinate marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring that all team members meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, design, and external agencies, to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative & Visual Skills:
  • Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or familiarity with design tools like Canva for creating visual assets for social media, ads, and other digital content.
  • Ability to develop visually appealing and engaging digital marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Customer-Centric & Strategic Thinking:
  • Ability to create customer personas and map out user journeys to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences, understanding their needs and behaviors, and tailoring campaigns accordingly to ensure maximum relevance and impact.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth in customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through digital channels.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate marketing strategies, campaign results, and insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and third-party agencies for services such as paid media, content creation, and design work.
  • Strong ability to present ideas, strategies, and results to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring that marketing strategies are always current and competitive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address any issues that arise during campaign execution and optimize performance accordingly.
  • Attention to Detail & Time Management:
  • High attention to detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
