We support SMEs in their digital transformation journey by streamlining workflows, improving data visibility, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager under the Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth, brand positioning, and customer acquisition within the technology and SME sector.

This role provides structured exposure to digital marketing strategy, B2B lead generation, and technology solution marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Positioning

. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives

. Conduct market research on SME digitalisation trends and competitors

. Define product positioning for ERP and AI-integrated systems

. Plan and manage marketing budget allocation

2. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

. Lead digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, social media, and email marketing

. Optimise website performance and landing pages for lead conversion

. Drive B2B lead generation campaigns targeting SMEs and business owners

. Monitor campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools

3. Brand & Content Development

. Develop thought leadership content (articles, case studies, whitepapers)

. Create marketing collaterals, sales decks, and product brochures

. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

. Coordinate with designers, agencies, and media vendors

4. Sales & Business Development Support

. Work closely with sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets

. Develop lead nurturing workflows via CRM systems

. Support product launches and partnership initiatives

5. Performance Analytics & Reporting

. Track KPIs including lead acquisition cost, conversion rates, and campaign ROI

. Prepare monthly performance reports with data-driven insights

. Recommend optimisation strategies

Requirements

. Singapore Citizen (Mandatory - under Mid-Career Pathways Programme)

. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, IT or related field

. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience

. Experience in B2B marketing preferred

. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools

. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
