Job Description

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a Growth and Brand Marketing Manager to support its brand strategies. This role focuses end-to-end execution of omnichannel marketing strategies, blending creative storytelling with deep analytical insights to drive user acquisition and brand loyalty.

  • Omnichannel Campaign Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize 360-degree marketing campaigns across paid social, performance media, SEO, influencer networks, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Product Launches & Positioning: Collaborate with Product and Cross-functional teams to translate complex features into compelling, benefit-driven value propositions and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Content & Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including interactive digital experiences, short-form video content, thought-leadership pieces, and community-driven social media assets.
  • Data-Driven Growth & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs. Conduct A/B testing and leverage data analytics tools to continuously optimize marketing spend and funnel conversion.
  • Community & Influencer Ecosystems: Cultivate relationships with key brand evangelists, creators, and industry influencers to build a passionate, self-sustaining community around our product ecosystem.
  • Experiential & Event Marketing: Spearhead our presence at premier global conferences, interactive pop-ups, and virtual product keynotes to drive high-profile press coverage and lead generation.
  • Trend Spotting & Agile Marketing: Keep a constant pulse on internet culture, consumer behaviors, and emerging marketing tech (MarTech) tools to ensure our brand remains a top-trending topic and a first-mover in the market.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment, high-growth corporate environment, or agile consumer brand.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to crunch numbers, interpret attribution models, and turn raw data into actionable marketing experiments.
  • Creative Excellence: Exceptional copywriter and visual storyteller who understands how to make complex concepts accessible, engaging, and exciting to the target audience.
  • Adaptability: A thriving-in-chaos mentality with the ability to pivot strategies quickly as industry trends and consumer preferences evolve overnight.
