Marketing Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to promote the Company's M&E construction capabilities, projects and services.

• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments within the construction and M&E industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers and other industry stakeholders.

• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.

• Support the preparation of company profiles, presentations, proposals, marketing materials and tender submissions.

• Coordinate client engagement activities, corporate events, networking activities and marketing campaigns.

• Maintain corporate branding and communications, including brochures, presentations, project case studies and other marketing content.

• Work closely with Engineering, Project, Commercial and Management teams to gather project information and support business development initiatives.

• Provide market insights and recommendations to management and support other strategic assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience within the M&E construction, engineering or built environment industry.
