We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role bridges strategy and execution - managing campaigns, content, performance marketing, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain all client marketing deliverables from brief to final delivery
Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at expected quality
Coordinate internally to resolve delays, revisions, or scope changes
Be accountable for what goes out to clients - not just planning, but delivery
Plan and oversee social media content calendars for clients and internal brands
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, tone, and campaign intent
Maintain consistency across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Review and approve content before publishing or client submission
Translate business and client objectives into clear marketing actions
Execute campaigns with a practical, results-driven mindset
Support launches, promotions, and brand initiatives when required
3-5 years of experience in marketing, media, or agency environments
Proven experience owning deliverables, not just ideas
Comfortable working in fast-moving, non-corporate environments
Able to take responsibility and make decisions without hand-holding
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Client-facing professionalism
Clear communication and expectation management
Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments
Open-minded, receptive to feedback, and willing to try new approaches
Able to prioritise execution over theory
