About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee integrated marketing initiatives across retail and digital channels. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance through effective campaign planning, execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives across retail and digital platforms.
  • Oversee the annual marketing plan and marketing calendar, including budgeting, campaign scheduling, resource allocation, and overall project management.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Monitor marketing performance and campaign effectiveness through data analysis, reporting, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present marketing proposals, campaign strategies, business updates, and post-campaign performance reports to management.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with brand direction and business priorities.
  • Manage and negotiate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure quality execution and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead, guide, and support the marketing team by delegating responsibilities, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, retail marketing, and campaign management.
  • Strong experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and paid digital advertising across major digital platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and developing team members.
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative, conceptualisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent project management and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
