Marketing Manager

An award-winning full service law firm, Allen & Gledhill LLP has been providing legal services to premier clients since 1902. One of the largest law firms in Singapore and South-east Asia, Allen & Gledhill counts among its clients some of the most well-known local and multinational companies and financial institutions.

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Manager to join a team of professionals responsible for our Firm's business development and marketing initiatives and activities.

You will be expected to work alongside lawyers and managers to provide support and work on projects, including:

• Firm collaterals, publications and other marketing communications effort
• Staff engagement initiatives, including internal events such as Dinner & Dance, Year-End Christmas Dinner etc.
• Client relationship and management activities, including client events
• Corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Award and ranking submissions
• Media relations and monitoring

We would like to hear from you if you are or have:

• A degree in any discipline
• 5 years of relevant marketing events experience, ideally in professional services
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Someone who looks forward to challenges and a career with a leading law firm
