Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate marketing efforts across the group's diverse portfolios. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to tailor marketing approaches to different industries and ensure that each venture is a distinct identity while contributing to the overall brand narrative. The ideal candidate will also oversee and manage a Content Media Specialist and a talent executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the group's business objectives.
  • Create tailored campaigns for each business unit (design consultancy, film, investment) while maintaining a cohesive group brand identity.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor the Content media specialist and the talent executive, ensuring high-quality output across digital and traditional channels.

Content, Brand & Communications:

  • Develop and oversee high-quality content, brand positioning, messaging, and visual identities of the respective areas of business.
  • Coordinate PR Activities, media relations and stakeholder communications
  • Ensure consistent storytelling that reflects the group's values and vision.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and strategic positioning across all of the group's businesses.
  • Track industry developments and translate insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies.

Digital Marketing:

  • Drive social media strategy, content creation and engagement metrics
  • Manage website updates, SEO/Sem and digital advertising campaigns
  • Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance.
  • Plan, manage and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, PR and print platforms.
  • Drive audience engagement, brand growth and qualified lead generation through targeted digital and offline initiatives.

Design & Marketing Materials:

  • Create and oversee visually compelling marketing materials
  • Develop presentations, proposals, pitch decks, brochures, advertisements and other promotional assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teams in film / media, design and investment arms to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Support business development activities with marketing collateral and presentations

Performance & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools and key metrics.
  • Optimise campaigns to improve ROI, lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Collaboration, Vendors & Budget

  • Manage external vendors, agencies, media partners, and freelancers to support marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and on-brand execution across all group brands.
  • Assist in other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in integrated marketing roles, preferably managing multiple brands or business lines.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, marketing, and campaign management.
  • Experience in investment/financial services, design consultancy, media/film, or professional services is an advantage.
  • Solid experience in website management and SEO WordPress experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
