Bukku is a well-funded and fast growing software company running the most-loved cloud accounting software currently being used by more than 20k SMEs in the country. As we gear up to scale nationally and then regionally, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to own the direction of our marketing — not just run campaigns, but decide where we're heading and why.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the long-term marketing strategy, build the plan to deploy a seven-figure annual budget effectively, and lead a small team (you'll start with one marketing executive reporting to you). But you'll also roll up your sleeves and get into the work yourself — we want a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who can both chart the direction and help make it happen.
