Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives (vehicle sales, service revenue, parts, F&I).
. Plan, manage and optimize the marketing budget (campaign spends, promotions, events, agency fees).
. Create and run multi-channel campaigns: digital advertising (SEM, social, display), email & CRM, OEM co-op programs, local print, radio, outdoor.
. Manage dealership website, inventory merchandising, SEO, and online lead flow to maximize conversion.
. Oversee social media content, community engagement, and reputation management (reviews).
. Coordinate promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local events/open houses.
Build and refine lead management processes with Sales and CRM to ensure timely follow-up and lead attribution.
. Implement analytics and reporting to measure ROI, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost recommend optimizations.
. Maintain OEM marketing program compliance, co-op funding claims, and advertising standards.
. Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative production maintain asset library and brand standards.
. Train and support Sales, Service, and F&I teams on marketing initiatives and customer touchpoints.
