We are looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
. Plan and optimise digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email)
. Drive content and branding initiatives across online and offline channels
. Manage marketing budgets and track campaign ROI
. Work closely with sales, business development, and external partners
. Analyse performance data and translate insights into action
. Oversee events, partnerships, and promotional activities when required
Requirements
. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
. 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries
. Strong knowledge of digital and performance marketing
. Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
