We are looking for a results driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our luxury spa and skincare brand. This role focuses on driving leads, increasing brand visibility, supporting sales performance, and strengthening customer loyalty across multiple outlets.
You will work closely with management, sales teams, and external partners to turn marketing ideas into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
. Plan and execute monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns (promotions, launches, festive campaigns)
. Align marketing activities with sales targets and outlet goals
. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking
. Manage paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok where relevant)
. Monitor leads, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
. Work with agencies or freelancers on creatives and ad optimisation
. Oversee content for social media, WhatsApp, EDM, and in store materials
. Ensure brand consistency across all channels
. Coordinate photoshoots, videos, and promotional visuals
. Support loyalty programs, referrals, memberships, and reactivation campaigns
. Work with the team on WhatsApp marketing and customer follow ups
. Analyse customer data and propose retention strategies
. Work closely with sales consultants and outlet managers
. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
. Continuously test, improve, and optimise campaigns
. 3-5 years of marketing experience (beauty, wellness, retail, or luxury preferred)
. Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
. Hands on experience with Meta Ads and basic analytics
. Creative, organised, and results oriented
. Able to work in a fast paced, sales driven environment
. Strong communication and project management skills
. Experience in spa, aesthetics, or skincare industry
. Familiarity with CRM or WhatsApp marketing tools
. Basic design or copywriting skills
