Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-7 years in B2B SaaS or hospitality/travel tech demand generation, with direct ownership of pipeline or revenue targets.

  • Proven track record building and scaling alwayson acquisition engines across organic and paid channels.

  • Proven ability to design and optimise full-funnel customer journeys, underpinned by data and analytics.

  • Hands-on experience using AIenabled tools across performance, content, experimentation and workflow automation.

  • Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills, being a credible partner to Sales, Product and Customer Success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • History of developing demand generation playbooks that integrate organic, paid, lifecycle, and retargeting strategies into scalable, repeatable B2B campaigns.

  • Experience improving attribution and forecasting to link marketing programs clearly to pipeline and revenue.

About the Job

Bakuun is building the infrastructure that powers global travel distribution, through our suite of integrated solutions from connectivity APIs to marketplace distribution to payment processing.

As a Marketing Manager you will be the primary owner of demand generation and acquisition, responsible for building an alwayson engine that consistently delivers qualified pipelines in priority markets (APAC).

You will be a central partner in GTM execution aligning closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on ICP, messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale an alwayson inbound engine across SEO, content, email, and social that reliably drives qualified, intentdriven traffic and leads.

  • Drive paid performance, own account structure, targeting, budgets, bidding, and creative testing cadence. Manage a defined metric stack (e.g CPM, CTR, CVR, CPL, CPSQL, CAC, ROAS) and document what scales vs what gets cut.

  • Design funnels from awareness through to opportunity. Ship and iterate landing pages, offers, retargeting and lead scoring/routing to improve conversion rate.

  • Build dashboards (channel + funnel). Track funnel dropoffs, cohort quality and anomalies to make clear decisions on budget reallocation and next actions.

  • Lead and execute highimpact creative and messaging for campaigns.

  • Drive AIled workflow automation and efficiency across marketing (e.g., reporting, lead routing, content and campaign operations) and continuously identify ways to drive efficiency.
