Job Description
- Drive end-to-end commercial performance, market penetration, and GMV growth for 2-3 strategic categories.
- Develop and execute long-term category roadmaps informed by industry trends, competitor movements, and consumer insights
- Lead the full lifecycle of category-specific campaigns, utilising predictive modeling for accurate demand forecasting and automated post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Account Management to consult on and scale the brand presence of key strategic accounts through high-growth promotional initiatives.
- Analyze campaign and category data to identify performance gaps, implementing AI-assisted optimisation strategies that improve real-time campaign efficiency and overall ROI.
- Accelerate risk-free revenue growth by driving the adoption of internal marketing and advertising solutions among platform merchants.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in category management, campaign marketing, or E-commerce partnerships
- Proven experience in building long-term category roadmaps and scaling high-value strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and driving the adoption of marketing & advertising solutions among merchants.
- Ability to translate deep data sets into high-level business decisions and actionable category strategies.
- Proficient in leveraging AI for predictive forecasting, market sentiment analysis, and workflow automation to drive efficiency.
