Job Description

I am seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for Aexxus Incorporated, covering both our primary operations in the manufacture and repair of engineering and scientific instruments and our secondary commercial printing services, including brochures, cards, envelopes, labels, and stationery. This role requires someone who can strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, support sales growth, and effectively promote our diverse service offerings through research-driven marketing, digital campaigns, and strong client communication. I am looking for a results-oriented, innovative professional with solid B2B marketing experience-preferably in manufacturing or technical industries-who can help expand our market reach and elevate Aexxus Incorporated's position in both the engineering and printing sectors.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Aexxus Incorporated's engineering/scientific instrument manufacturing and repair services, as well as its commercial printing offerings.

2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities across both business segments.

3. Manage digital marketing activities, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.

4. Create and coordinate promotional materials and sales collateral, leveraging the company's in-house printing capabilities.

5. Support the sales through lead generation, client outreach, and preparation of marketing tools that enhance customer engagement.

6. Plan and oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events while tracking campaign performance and preparing analytical reports

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.

2. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies for technical, engineering, and industrial products.

3. Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide marketing decisions.

4. Skilled in basic graphic design and content creation using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

5. Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce for lead management and campaign tracking.

6. Familiarity with commercial printing processes, file preparation, and print quality standards.

7. Competence in managing and updating website content through CMS platforms like WordPress.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and marketing materials.

9. Strong project-management abilities to coordinate campaigns, events, and cross-functional marketing activities.

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
