Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and engage potential clients through outreach activities
• Support advisory processes with needs analysis and solution recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing

Professional Development

• Participate in structured training on market insights, client advisory, product knowledge, and compliance
• Receive one-on-one mentoring and on-the-job guidance from experienced leaders
• Take on progressive responsibilities as you gain experience and demonstrate capability

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome)
