Job Description

Company Overview

Xenith Infrastructure Group (XIG) is a leading provider of connectivity and dark fibre solutions, enabling businesses to scale and innovate in the digital economy. Our high-performance, scalable network infrastructure supports mission-critical operations requiring low-latency, high-capacity, and highly resilient data transfer.

Operating within the telecommunications and fibre infrastructure sector, XIG serves enterprise customers, carriers, data centres, hyperscalers, and strategic partners. Our solutions are technical in nature and require precise, credible, and industry-aligned communication to ensure accuracy in market positioning and stakeholder engagement.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to take ownership of XIG's end-to-end marketing function in Singapore. This is a role requiring both strategic direction and hands-on execution across digital campaigns, bid marketing, corporate positioning, and long-term planning.

Due to the technical nature of XIG's fibre and connectivity infrastructure, this role requires prior experience marketing complex telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or similarly technical B2B solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives while working closely with technical, commercial, and senior leadership stakeholders.

The Marketing Lead will operate as the primary marketing owner for a specialised infrastructure business, ensuring that all external communications accurately reflect our network capabilities, governance requirements, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise XIG's mass media digital marketing campaigns, targeting enterprise, carrier, data centre, and hyperscaler audiences.
  • Develop and standardise marketing content to support RFP and tender submissions, ensuring alignment with governance expectations and ASX-related standards where applicable.
  • Define and refine XIG's brand positioning, including development of tagline and unique selling propositions within a competitive telecommunications landscape.
  • Oversee the refresh and enhancement of the XIG website, including creation of technically accurate service and infrastructure content.
  • Redevelop the corporate presentation deck with strong commercial narratives and substantiated proof points suitable for enterprise customers and strategic stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement the FY26 marketing plan, aligning marketing strategy with broader business growth objectives.
  • Build and manage marketing assets including product materials, solution briefs, videos, and technical collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect fibre network architecture, service capabilities, and operational standards.
  • Establish marketing governance standards and ensure consistency across all external communications.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience in complex B2B, telecommunications, fibre infrastructure, data centre, or digital infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated experience translating technical products or infrastructure services into clear, market-facing value propositions.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, or bid-related marketing in regulated or governance-sensitive environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to independently lead marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong strategic planning capability combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact workstreams in a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.
