Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small marketing team supporting retail banking campaigns
- Execute end-to-end campaigns across customer acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance, fulfilment metrics, and conversion results
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across product, channels, and compliance
- Ensure campaigns adhere to internal controls and governance standards
- Prepare reports and performance updates for management
- Support ongoing optimisation initiatives across marketing effectiveness
Ideal Candidacy:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in consumer, performance, or lifecycle marketing
- Prior people-management experience
- Strong execution mindset with comfort in data and Excel
- Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated consumer environments preferred
