About the RoleWe are a luxury, multi-label bridal house at a pivotal inflection pointentering regional markets, redefining our brand presence, and launching bold, high-impact marketing campaigns across branding, PR, events, and performance channels.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for a strategic + creative hybridsomeone who understands luxury fashion psychology, can create culturally relevant, viral campaigns, and has the commercial sharpness to drive leads, bookings, and revenue. You will own the end-to-end marketing engine: from brand storytelling and KOL strategy to funnel design, media buying, and regional market launches.
You will work in a lean, fast-moving team, with high autonomy, direct access to leadership, and real influence over the brand's regional growth trajectory.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand, Campaigns & Creative Direction
- Lead a full brand and marketing shake-up, ensuring strong positioning in the luxury bridal and fashion space.
- Conceptualise and execute high-impact, viral campaigns (digital + offline) that drive brand heat, PR traction, and social amplification.
- Oversee campaign ideation across launches, trunk shows, runway events, regional pop-ups, and collaborations.
- Ensure all marketing output reflects luxury standards, emotional storytelling, and brand consistency across markets.
KOL, Influencer & PR Strategy- Build and manage a strong network of KOLs, influencers, and industry partners across Singapore and regional markets.
- Strategically select, negotiate, onboard, and manage KOLs aligned with luxury positioning (not mass influencer tactics).
- Design ambassador, spokesperson, and long-term KOL strategiesbeyond one-off posts.
- Work closely with PR partners and media to secure earned media, features, and brand placements.
Performance Marketing & Growth- Own or oversee performance marketing across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, XHS and emerging platforms.
- Design and optimise lead generation funnels, landing pages, booking flows, and conversion journeys.
- Understand attribution, CAC, ROAS, and funnel drop-offsbalancing creative intuition with data.
- Work closely with CRM and tech tools to ensure lead quality, nurturing, and follow-ups are optimised.
Events & Experiential Marketing- Conceptualise and execute high-touch luxury events (bridal showcases, runway shows, VIP previews, brand collaborations).
- Manage vendors, partners, budgets, and timelines while maintaining elevated guest experience standards.
- Use events as both brand-building and lead-generation engines.
Regional Market Expansion- Support and execute new market entry strategies (SEA focus), adapting campaigns to cultural nuances while maintaining brand DNA.
- Plan regional launches, collaborations, and events that accelerate brand awareness and trust in new markets.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and sales to align marketing with on-ground execution.
Leadership & Collaboration- Operate comfortably in a small, high-ownership teamhands-on when needed, strategic at all times.
- Collaborate closely with founders, sales, operations, and external partners.
- Build scalable processes, frameworks, and playbooks as the company grows regionally.
What We're Looking ForExperience & Skillset
- 57+ years of experience in luxury fashion, bridal, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven experience creating viral campaigns, brand moments, or culturally relevant launches.
- Strong background in KOL/influencer strategy and management, with an existing network preferred.
- Experience in regional or multi-market marketing (SEA experience is a strong advantage).
- Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing, funnels, landing pages, and media buying.
- Strong analytical mindsetcomfortable reading data, dashboards, and campaign performance.
- Experience working in lean teams or fast-growing brands.
