Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results driven Marketing Lead to drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth across global markets. This role will be responsible for building and managing the full marketing funnel, generating high quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and leading both online and offline marketing initiatives to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B fintech or payments marketing, with prior experience working in Chinese payment companies and global payment firms. This person should also have proven leadership experience managing and scaling marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full marketing funnel, from traffic generation to lead conversion and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Generate high quality business leads through: Online marketing campaigns, Industry events and conferences, Webinars and seminars, Partnerships and offline networking activities, Content and digital marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure strong lead conversion and pipeline management.
  • Build and optimize lead generation processes, CRM workflows, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Develop strategies to capture customer contact information and improve lead nurturing effectiveness.
  • Lead the planning and execution of regional and global marketing events.
  • Manage branding, positioning, and go to market initiatives for payment and fintech products.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI to continuously improve results.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring strong execution and team development.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams including Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience within payments, fintech, financial services, or technology industries.
  • Prior experience working in both Chinese payment companies & Global payment companies
  • Proven experience driving B2B lead generation and managing full funnel marketing activities.
  • Strong track record generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through marketing campaigns and events.
  • Extensive experience organizing and managing online and offline marketing events.
  • Hands on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, CRM management, and demand generation.
  • Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of payment industry ecosystem, cross border payments, and fintech landscape.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data driven mindset with strong analytical and campaign optimization capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high growth environment.
