A stable, mid-sized Singapore-headquartered consumer group is seeking a Marketing Lead to oversee marketing and communications across its portfolio of brands. This role leads a small team today and will evolve into leading the broader function over time. We are looking for a collaborative leader comfortable operating in a lean-resource environment.
This role offers a strong opportunity for an agency-trained marketer to transition into an in-house leadership role, with exposure across multiple brands and regional markets.
Responsibilities
This is a truly integrated marketing leadership role covering both strategic direction and hands-on execution. You will lead a lean team comprising internal members and external agencies, driving integrated campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple brands, you will translate marketing strategy into practical execution and measurable outcomes, while maintaining brand consistency and strengthening customer engagement.
Requirements
Individuals from marketing agencies with experience managing multiple consumer brands would be highly relevant, particularly those comfortable translating strategy into execution. Hands-on experience across the full spectrum of marketing, including campaign analytics. Prior experience working in a local mid-sized employers will be advantageous. You may be from marketing agencies or in-house brands in the Consumer Sector.
