You will drive
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and support local & international expansion.
- Campaign and Brand Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital ads, and PR initiatives. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring strong brand consistency.
- Partnership and Public Relations: Liaise and manage collaborative relationships with external partners, vendors, and media to ensure seamless execution of joint marketing efforts and enhance brand positioning.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and surveys to analyze consumer trends & competitor activities, and identify new opportunities in prospective regions
- Business & Franchisee Support: Lead local franchising sales, catering, and event sales efforts. Provide and share operational advice with franchisees during their openings and as needed.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance of all marketing and PR initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership and optimizing for a higher ROI
- Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Community Engagement: Work on community engagement initiatives such as CSR projects and sponsorships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Interact with consultants, professionals, and contractors for prospective markets. Assist and support company social media direction and strategies.
You will be perfect for this role if you have:
- Relevant background in business/marketing studies
- Proven experience in marketing management including franchise markets (preferably in the F&B industry)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Sales Hub) and various social media analytics tools
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- The ability to clearly articulate a creative vision and provide constructive feedback

Work Details:
- Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm (SGT)
- Weekends required when having events and openings
