Job Description
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for building and executing the firm's marketing and brand strategy to strengthen market presence, support business development, and position the firm as a trusted thought leader. This role blends strategic marketing, content leadership, and close collaboration with consultants and partners.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute a firm-wide marketing strategy aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Strengthen the firm's brand positioning, value proposition, and market differentiation
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client-facing materials and channels

Thought Leadership & Content Marketing

  • Lead the development of thought leadership content (e.g. insights, whitepapers, case studies, articles)
  • Collaborate with consultants and partners to translate expertise into compelling marketing content
  • Oversee editorial calendars and ensure content quality, relevance, and consistency

Business Development & Proposal Support

  • Partner closely with consulting and sales teams to support lead generation and client acquisition
  • Lead or support the creation of proposals, pitch decks, credentials, and RFP responses
  • Develop marketing materials that clearly articulate service offerings and client impact

Digital & Channel Marketing

  • Manage the firm's digital presence, including website, social media, and email communications
  • Drive targeted campaigns to reach key decision-makers and priority industries
  • Optimize digital performance using analytics and data-driven insights

Events, Partnerships & PR

  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and industry engagements to enhance visibility.
  • Manage PR efforts, media relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the firm's brand across external platforms and initiatives.
  • Define marketing KPIs related to brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline support.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and develop the marketing team (where applicable).
  • Manage external agencies, designers, writers, and vendors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

Job Requirements

  • 6-10 years of marketing experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or B2B environments
  • Proven experience in building brand credibility and thought leadership
  • Strong exposure to business development support and proposal marketing
