Role Summary

Support the marketing and communications team in promoting the organization's mission, events, and services. Gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and community engagement within a non-profit setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Support email newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns and community events.
• Take photos/videos at events and draft simple post-event highlights.
• Conduct basic market research and track engagement metrics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications.

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Creative, organised, and able to work independently.
• Interest in non-profit or welfare sector is a plus.
