About the Role:
As a Marketing Intern at Versuni Singapore, you will support the Singapore Marketing team across Kitchen & Home Life categories. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing campaign activation, new product and sub-brand launches, and competitive market analysis.
This role offers exposure to both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, giving you the opportunity to work on real campaigns that drive sell-out growth and contribute directly to business outcomes.

- Support day-to-day marketing and go-to-market activities, working closely with Marketing Managers across key brands and categories
- Support new product launches and go-to-market execution, coordinating across marketing, sales, eCommerce, product, and agency partners
- Assist in developing and adapting trade POSMs, retail collaterals, product visuals, and eCommerce assets, ensuring strong and consistent brand execution across online and offline touchpoints
- Support the planning and execution of roadshows, consumer events, retail activations, and product demonstrations, including agency coordination, logistics, on-ground execution, and post-event follow-up
- Work with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and review launch materials, retail assets, product content, and promotional materials
- Conduct category, competitor, and consumer research, including competitor benchmarking, product reviews, pricing, promotions, retail execution, and eCommerce content
- Support product research and testing, including competitive product benchmarking, consumer review analysis, and product performance evaluations
- Support promoter training and product education, including development of training materials, product information, and demonstration guides
- Monitor competitor launches, retail activations, POSM, promotions, and eCommerce execution to identify opportunities and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, commercial, eCommerce, product, finance, and agency partners to support successful product launches and business initiatives
The Skills and Knowledge You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor or master's degree in marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in product marketing, retail, eCommerce, consumer products, and brand activation
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, illustration, or other graphic design tools, with the ability to create and adapt POSMs, marketing collaterals, and eCommerce visuals
- A strong eye for design, visual execution, and brand consistency
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders
- Comfortable supporting hands-on execution of roadshows, events, product demonstrations, and launches
- A good balance of creative thinking and analytical skills
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
