Travel Retail Marketing Intern (July - December 2026)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Reporting to the Travel Retail Omnichannel Marketing and Content Excellence Manager, the Travel Retail Marketing Intern plays a pivotal role and is responsible for:
(1) supporting GTR Marketing: omnichannel campaigns creative development and execution
(2) supporting the team on content excellence and guidelines / tool kits
(3) assist in analysing competitors initiatives (360 campaigns and digital execution/content reviews)
Content Excellence
- Develop communications toolkit that provides TR hubs with content guidance for each product launch – to ensure best-in-class brand visibility & desirability
- Support in developing execution guidelines for in-store & online services, tailored to Travel Retail environment, that contributes to overall shopper experience – in partnership with extended teams (Retail, Digital, A&M global & regional teams)
Omni-channel Campaigns
- Support in development of TR-specific campaigns/activations – from brief preparation & agency briefs, to ideation, development and local implementation
- Consolidate & analyse post-campaign reports from various travel retail hubs, providing them with actionable takeaways to improve subsequent campaigns
Competitor Analysis Review & Digital Upskilling
- Evaluate competitors marketing activities across Travel Retail and share best practices/innovations from competitor brands with actionable insights
- Assist in upskilling extended team's digital capabilities through skills training & external speakers
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Intern - Travel Retail Marketing.
