Job Description

Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Location: Singapore

Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,500

Commitment: 5 to 6 months (Starting August 2026)

Your Opportunity to Create Impact

As a Marketing Intern at TomoWork, you will step into a meaningful role where you can directly shape our voice and outreach. You will have the opportunity to dive into:

1. Collateral Design & Content Creation

  • Shape the Visual Narrative: Design visually compelling and inspiring collateral—including brochures, posters, and social media content—to amplify our outreach and communication efforts.
  • Inspire the Next Generation: Craft targeted, engaging recruitment content specifically designed to attract and welcome students who require tailored assistance to our life-changing initiatives.

2. Digital Communications & Storytelling

  • Amplify Real Voices: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop powerful narratives that showcase the success stories and unique journeys of individuals thriving through our programmes.
  • Engage Our Community: Drive daily engagement by managing and creating simple, high-impact content for our social media platforms and core communication channels.

3. Event Media Support & Research

  • Capture the Moment: Gain hands-on experience in photography and videography at various events and live programmes, capturing the key insights and genuine moments that fuel our content creation.
  • Bring Fresh Perspectives: Research industry case studies and proactively pitch innovative ideas to the Marketing team to integrate into our daily campaigns.

  • Collaborate Professionally: Sharpen your stakeholder communication and teamwork skills by collaborating closely with dynamic internal teams and external partners.

Who We Are Looking For Qualifications & Experience

  • Pursuing or holding a Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related studies.
  • Prior working or internship experience in marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • A proven track record in copywriting and communications design.
  • Hands-on experience in social media communication and content creation.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva.
  • A strong foundation or willingness to learn design tools; experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
  • The ability to research case studies independently and proactively contribute fresh ideas to our marketing roadmap.
  • The capability to work effectively under a supervisor's guidance, consistently aiming to produce content that meets and exceeds expectations.

Availability

  • Able to commit to a full-time schedule (minimum 5 full days per week) for 5 to 6 months, starting in August 2026.
