We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support marketing activities for a French Luxury Fashion Brand in Singapore. This role involves helping with day-to-day tasks and supporting marketing campaigns.
You will assist in areas such as press coverage, influencer campaigns, events, and client activations to increase brand vsibility and client engagement.
The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and interested in luxury fashion. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
360 Marketing Operations
- Assist in the execution of 360 marketing campaigns for new collections and brand initiatives.
- Support the localisation of global campaigns for the Singapore market.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.
CRM & Clienteling
- Support CRM campaigns and client engagement activities in collaboration with retail teams.
- Assist in database management and troubleshooting (segmentation, updating, and ensuring accuracy)
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of clienteling assets (invitations, gifts, e-newsletters, digital tools).
- Support basic tracking of campaign performance, client participation, and key insights.
Events & Activations
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, in-store activations, and brand experiences.
- Provide on-site support during events (vendor liaison, registration, guest coordination, logistics).
- Supporr the creation of publicity materials for events and assist with post-event reporting.
Mall Marketing & Advertising Support
- Assist in coordinating marketing assets with malls, partners, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery in line with campaign timelines.
- Support the monitoring of campaign visibility across channels and assist in preparing performance reports.
Cross-Functional Logistics & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to support asset delivery, quotations, and logistics.
- Support press sample management, showroom organisation, and gifting logistics.
- Assist with finance administrative tasks, including invoice and quotation coordination.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and basic competitor analysis.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (recently completed or in final year) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior Internship or project experience in marketing, events, or a related field (exposure to the luxury/ fashion/ retail industry is an advantage).
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (with strong working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign) is a plus
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance tracking.
