About the Marketing Team and Role

The Marketing team plays a pivotal role in this mission by crafting compelling and engaging content to recruit persons with disabilities and students with tailored assistance to join our transformative programmes, and also to deepen the understanding about disability inclusion in the public. Simultaneously, we aim to inspire corporate professionals and key decision-makers to support our cause actively.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

Collateral Design: Design visually compelling collateral, including brochures, posters, and social media content, to support our outreach and communication efforts.

Targeted Recruitment Content: Create content specifically designed to attract persons with disabilities to join our initiatives, emphasising the positive impact of inclusivity.

Craft Compelling Stories: Assist the marketing team in developing engaging narratives that showcase the successes and unique stories of individuals with disabilities who have benefited from our programmes.

Photo/videography: You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in photo/videography at various events and programmes. These photos and videos will be used in the content creation.

Learn how your design and copywriting skills can create a more inclusive and equitable world.

Gain a deep understanding of inclusivity and diversity issues, particularly about persons with disabilities.

Strengthen collaboration and communication skills through working with internal teams and external partners.

Must-have Competencies, Skills & Knowledge

Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in design, marketing and mass communication or related studies.

The ability to work under the supervisor's guidance and aim to create content that meets expectations.

Working experience (Internship included) in marketing, social media, or related fields with the following experiences.

Experience in copywriting and communications design.

Experience in social media communication and content creation.

Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Canva.

Having some experience in design will be a strong plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).

Ability to research case studies and proactively provide ideas to the Marketing team to incorporate into our marketing activities.

Able to commit for 4 to 6 months starting January 2026 with a minimum of 5 full days of work per week.
