We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Intern to support our growing marketing efforts across digital and offline platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, hands-on, and eager to gain real-world marketing experience in content creation, event support, and community engagement.
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing team to support initiatives focused on enhancing brand visibility, strengthening customer engagement, and driving lead generation across digital and offline channels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
. Content Creation & Social Media Management
o Create and design engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for all social media platforms under the group.
o Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and branding across all platforms.
. Video Production
o Take charge of video shooting and editing for campaigns, product features, and events.
. Community Engagement
o Interact with followers, respond to messages and comments, and grow a vibrant and engaged online community.
. Influencer Marketing
o Identify, reach out to, and manage influencers to support campaigns and brand awareness.
. Digital Visibility of Offline Activities
o Ensure all offline marketing activities (e.g., trade shows, partnerships, sponsorships) are effectively showcased online through relevant content.
. Event Support
o Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing-related events and activations.
. Support in Case Study Development
o Help gather content, data, and visuals to develop case studies that highlight project or campaign success.
. Website Engagement & Enquiry Tracking
o Monitor and track incoming enquiries via the website and support initiatives to increase website traffic and conversions.
. Organic Growth Initiatives
o Implement creative strategies to increase social media followers by at least 30% organically by the end of the internship.
. Technical Skill Requirements
o Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Microsoft Office, and Canva.
Requirements:
. Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in marketing, film, communications, etc.
. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Microsoft Office, and Canva
. Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
. Keen interest in social media trends, digital marketing, and brand communications
