Job Description
We are looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts in the accounting and property sectors. This role goes beyond basic social media management - you will be involved in content creation, paid advertising, and lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Create engaging content (posts, captions, short videos, carousels) aligned with accounting and property themes
- Plan and execute consistent and recurring content strategies
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Conduct A/B testing on ads (creatives, copy, targeting) to optimise performance
- Generate and track leads through digital campaigns
- Monitor analytics and prepare basic performance reports
- Engage with audience (comments, messages, inquiries) professionally
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation
- Basic understanding of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) is a plus
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. Canva)
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn A/B testing and optimisation
- Good communication and writing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience running paid ads or managing social media accounts
- Knowledge of lead funnels and conversion strategies
- Basic video editing (Reels / short-form content)
- Interest in finance, accounting, or real estate
